PTROIL INTERNATIONAL LLC may facilitate communication between business parties, coordinate documentation, organize commercial meetings, assist with logistics, provide operational support, and coordinate various stages of international commercial transactions.
Unless expressly identified within a separately executed written agreement, PTROIL INTERNATIONAL LLC does not represent or warrant that it is:
the legal seller;
the legal buyer;
the producer;
the refinery;
the manufacturer;
the exporter;
the importer;
the supplier;
the purchaser;
the owner of any commodity;
or the legal title holder of any commodity.
Commercial contracts are entered into directly between the contracting parties unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

PTROIL INTERNATIONAL LLC does not own, manage, supervise, or control the operations, business decisions, contractual obligations, regulatory approvals, financial performance, or commercial conduct of any independent third party.
